’19-’20 – Foreign Language Novels

Grant Description:

Comprehensible Input (C.I.) novels allow students to read an engaging and culturally rich story at a reading level they can understand. When reading C.I. novels as a class, students experience the success of reading a novel in another language and gain the confidence to read on their own. This grant will provide a library of two sets of classroom novels for French and Spanish levels one and two. The library will be available to students for free reading time in the classrooms or even outside of school.
