Board President Anna Marie Bailey and KEF Director Mike Kofford surprised Shannalee Finlayson with a certificate of recognition for her project at Russell Elementary School: Music Room Additions for Creative Minds. Shannalee will give the music room a make over with the Great Opportunities Grants funds and add several new instruments to the shelves.
